Instructions:

For the panna cotta, mix almond milk, sugar, pith and agar agar and boil for 3 minutes. Season with cardamom, pour into small ramekins and chill in the icebox for at least 4 hours.

Hold the bottom of the ramekins briefly under hot water and turn the panna cotta out onto a plate.
