A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix the eggs in a baking bowl, melt butter or light butter and lard in a small pot. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the hominy and wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, raisins, cloves and nutmeg in a baking bowl. Fold in the coconut milk and rum, add the eggs and fat and mix well.

Grease the loaf pan and sprinkle it thinly with flour. Pour in the batter and bake in the oven (center, convection oven 160 °C) for 35-40 minutes. If the surface becomes too brown, cover with aluminum foil. Serve the cake warm or cooled.

Seasoned whipped cream very well.
