Slightly warm the oils together. Pour all the remaining ingredients into a large sealable bottle, pour the warmed oil over it and seal.

Marinate for at least 1 week. Shake once a day.

Keeps virtually indefinitely in the refrigerator. Season heavily with salt and freshly ground pepper before using.

Note: According to Rhodes, the dressing will keep virtually indefinitely.

I would filter the dressing first after the week of infusion.
