Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop without the coarse stems. Drain the tomatoes and chop them very finely. Mix both with the soft butter. Rinse the lemon half hot, grate a little lemon peel and season the butter with it and a few drops of juice from one lemon, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
