Place millet, milk and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil on high heat. Stir constantly. Turn off the stove so that nothing burns. Allow the millet to swell for 15 minutes on the hot stove. Whip the curd cheese with mineral water until creamy. Squeeze the lemon and stir the juice into the curd. Rinse the fruit. Stir the curd cheese and fruit with the swollen millet. Season the curd cream with nuts and vanilla powder. Arrange in a bowl and serve cooled or warm. Tip: You can try it with other fruits.
