Separate the sugar loaf leaves one by one, roll them up a little and cut them into very fine strips. Wash the sugarloaf only very briefly so that not too many bitter substances are lost.
Cut off the respective fruit as well and add it to the leaf salad.
Cook a classic salad dressing from the remaining ingredients and pour it over the leaf salad.
