Score the baguette every 4-5 cm so that the bread still hangs together at the bottom. Mix the butter with the pressed garlic and spread it into the incisions.

Wrap the baguette tightly in tin foil and place on a roasting rack in the center of the oven.

Bake at 220° C for about 10 minutes.

Serve the garlic bread while still warm.
