Instructions:

Halve pepper, remove seeds, cut pepper halves into tender strips. Fry in hot oil. Add soup and long grain rice, bring to a boil and simmer at lowest temperature for 15 minutes with lid closed. Chop a large piece of orange peel, ginger and parsley. Add to soup with squeezed orange juice. Season soup with salt.
