For the spicy bean goulash, fry the onion in olive oil until light yellow, add the paprika powder, stir and deglaze with the white wine.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, soup and the spices and let it boil away a bit. Add the canned beans. Cut frankfurters into rings and add to the goulash with the chili cubes.
Cook gently for about 20 minutes and season to taste. Cut yellow bell bell pepper into rings and spread over the hot bean goulash.
