Make tomatoes with the butter in a covered saucepan over high heat until they start to set. Deglaze. Season with herbs (lots of oregano, parsley, sage), pepper (freshly ground, of course) and _some_ salt (be careful, feta cheese is often quite salty). Grate cheese over it, saute a little bit. Add whipped cream and garlic, stir well until cheese is completely dissolved. Cut the cooked ham into small pieces and add. Make short and season with a little bit of juice of a lemon.
Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
