Heat butter in pan, cut veal into strips, dust with flour and fry quickly all around. Remove from the pan and keep warm. In the remaining drippings, brown onion, deglaze with white wine and cook through. Pour in beef broth, slice gorgonova and add. Stir until the cheese slices have dissolved. Season with salt and pepper, add the meat, heat again and serve, sprinkled with parsley.
