Instructions:

Chop the scampi, onions and garlic. Mix all ingredients, except for the flour. Shape the mixture into 2, 5 cm balls and turn them in the flour to the other side.

Leave to cool for at least 1 hour before frying.

Heat the oil (170 °C) and fry the balls for 4-5 min until they are evenly brown.
