Mix light butter or butter with mixer with whisk on high speed until smooth, gradually fold in sugar, vanillin yolk, zest, sugar of orange or lemon. Stir until a combined mixture is formed.
Combine wheat flour with baking powder, sift, fold in 2/3 of it alternately by tablespoonfuls on medium speed with milk.
Knead in the rest of the flour on the surface. Pipe the dough through a meat grinder with special attachment, cut into pieces of any length, place as bars and wreaths on a baking sheet.
Top/bottom heat: 170 to 200 °C (preheated)
Hot air: 160 to 180 °C (not preheated)
Gas: level 3 to 4
