For the sausage salad with kielbasa, first dice the kielbasa slices into about 1 cm cubes and chop the onion into small cubes.
For the marinade, mix well vinegar, oil and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Add onion, tomato and pickle cubes to taste and mix. Leave to stand for a few minutes.
Add sausage cubes, mix well and let sit in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Before serving, mix well again and sprinkle the sausage salad with kielbasa with herbs.
