For the Krampampelen, first line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 °C hot air.

Knead all ingredients into a rather sticky dough. Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out circles. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, not too dark. Let cool.

Spread jam on half of the circles. Stick the other half of the cookies on top.

Melt chocolate coating over a water bath. Dip the tops of the cookies and let them drip off. Carefully place back on cookie sheet and immediately sprinkle almond slivers in center of Krampampelen. Let dry.
