Finely grate the carrots. Heat honey and butter, steam carrots in it for about 1 minute until soft. Coarsely chop walnuts. Knead together with marzipan, almond paste, hazelnuts and cinnamon.
Shape balls from the confetti mixture, cool. Allow the cooking chocolate to melt.
Decorate the confectionery with it.
Can be kept refrigerated for about 2 weeks.
Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending on the case, use whichever tastes better to you.
