For the fish curry, cut the slightly thawed fish blocks into small cubes.

Sauté the frozen vegetables in a pan and then add the fish cubes. Sauté both well, and then season with bouillon cubes, salt, curry, lemongrass and ginger and mix well.

Then pour in creme fine and simmer for 10 minutes.
