Instructions:

For the rye-parmesan rolls, mix flour, yeast, egg and sour cream to a dough.

Crumble shaved Parmesan and work into the dough. Add salt, herb salt and oregano and knead well.

Add a little lukewarm water if necessary, if the dough is too hard. Let rise for 1 hour. After an hour, knead the dough well again and shape it into any desired shape.

Let stand on the baking sheet for another half hour. Carefully brush the rolls with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake the rye-parmesan rolls at 180° convection oven for about 35 minutes.
