Preparation Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Cut bread into slices, feta cheese into cubes and basil into strips. Finely chop garlic.

Rinse arugula until well cooled, drain and break off stems. Season rump steak on both sides with pepper and a little salt.

Preparation Mix well garlic, tomatoes, feta cheese, basil and a little cooled pressed canola oil. season with pepper, pile on slices of bread.

Place in a frying pan, bake in the oven at 160 °C until golden and crispy.

Heat frying pan with a little bit of rapeseed oil, roast rump steak on both sides to the pink point. Rest a little and then cut into diagonal slices.

Arrange the arugula on a plate, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and a little bit of oil, arrange the meat on it, grind it repeatedly with a pepper mill.

Garnish with nasturtium flowers. Put on tomato rolls.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
