Preparation 1 day before !!!!!!

Bread the cutlets and fry them, cut the bacon, ham and onions into cubes. Fry the bacon and onions and just before the end add the cooked ham and fry until done. Put the cutlets in a gratin dish and spread the steamed onions with bacon and ham evenly on top. Finally, add the two cups of whipped cream. Leave the dish to cool for 24 hours and then bake at 200 °C for about 90 minutes. Serve with long grain rice and/or leaf salad.
