(*) 30 cm pie dish (quiche dish).

Cream the butter in a baking bowl until soft. Add sugar first, then eggs and salt, continue mixing until pale in color. Combine millet flakes, chocolate, almond kernels, flour and baking powder, stir into batter alternately with cream. Fill layers of dough and rhubarb into the greased and floured cake form (quiche form), finish with dough.

Bake in the lower half of the oven heated to 180 °C for about 60 minutes.
