1. remove the rind from the Camenbert / Romadur and mash it in a baking bowl with a fork. Fold in the butter, curd cheese and beer. 2.

Chop the onion into small pieces and add. Season the spread with paprika powder, caraway seeds, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Rinse the chives, toss them dry and cut them into fine rolls.

Arrange the Camembert spread on a plate in a dome shape and sprinkle with the chive rolls.

The spread goes well with farmhouse bread or possibly pretzels.
