For the pumpkin seed sponge beat eggs, water and sugar very well until foamy. Mix pumpkin seeds and baking powder and carefully stir into the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a 26 springform pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
