For the apple strudel, first prepare the strudel dough. For this, knead all the ingredients well, wrap in cling film and let rest for an hour.
For the butter crumbs, melt the butter in a pan and roast the crumbs in it until golden, then chill. Peel the apples and cut them into fine slices.
Roll out the dough on a board and pull it with your hands to a thin dough. Spread crumbs on top, then place apple slices on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and spread the raisins on top. Roll up the strudel dough, place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake the apple strudel in the oven at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
