First peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Heat olive oil in a wide pan and fry the potato slices in it for 2 minutes per side until crispy.
Add shallots, meatloaf, green beans and thyme and toss for about 4 minutes. Season with sea salt, ground pepper and ground cumin.
Fry fried eggs from the eggs.
Arrange the fried eggs on the potato mixture, sprinkle with the parsley and serve the potato-liver cheese pan.
