For the Potato and Broccoli Gratin, boil potatoes or use cooked potatoes from the day before. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Steam broccoli florets until crisp. Grease fireproof dishes (gratin plates) with margarine or butter and spread the potato slices in them.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and spread some margarine or a few butter flakes on top. Then layer the cooked broccoli florets on top of the potatoes.
Season again and sprinkle with the smoked cheese. Put the molds in the oven at about 160 °C hot air.
Bake until the cheese has melted and the potato-broccoli gratin has a nice golden color.
