For the pork tenderloin on beer apple slices, brown the pork tenderloin all over in olive oil.

Remove the meat. Season with salt and pepper and wrap in foil. Deglaze the roast stock with beer and let it boil down a bit. Keep the meat warm.

For the apple slices, heat the butter in a pan, add the sugar and let it caramelize.

Add the apple slices and cook briefly on both sides. Deglaze with beer and cover with a lid and let steam until soft. Do not let the apples boil away.

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 2 cm thick. Arrange on or next to the apple slices and pour the roast stock over them.
