Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cook pasta in boiling hot salted water until tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
Rinse vegetables. Divide cauliflower into small roses, cut carrot into narrow slices. Cut sausage into slices.
Heat oil. Fry sausage until crispy brown on all sides. Take out. Sauté vegetables in drippings, extinguish with water (1). Bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes with the lid on.
Rinse and chop parsley. Let cheese melt in vegetable water. Drain pasta.
Add sausage, macaroni and parsley to the vegetables. Season everything together with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
