Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

For the filling, melt the light butter, add finely chopped onion and mushrooms and heat until the escaped juice evaporates. On top season with salt, season with pepper, drizzle with juice of one lemon, fold in parsley and cool. Make a pasta dough and work well, roll out and cut out round pieces with a glass. Put some filling on it, brush the edge with egg white, cover each according to the mass of the filling and size or with a second piece of dough and press the edges together. Simmer in the clear soup for ten minutes, then pour hot butter on a plate.
