For the Paprikahendl with bacon, first dice the bacon and roast until translucent. Fry the onion until golden brown.

Remove from heat and sprinkle in paprika powder. Add salt, vinegar and ketchup and add all chicken parts. Deglaze with hot chicken broth and continue to steam until meat is tender.

Remove chicken pieces from pan. Mix sour cream and flour. Bind chicken juice with it and let it boil away well.

Put chicken pieces back in and let steam for a few minutes, then serve the Paprikahendl with bacon immediately hot.
