Instructions:

Mix the eggs with buttermilk and oatmeal. Mix in enough mineral water to make a viscous dough.

Allow the dough to swell.

In the meantime, defrost the spinach and drain well, chop coarsely. Peel and crush the garlic.

Heat 1 tsp of oil and sauté the garlic in it. Add the spinach and stir in the cream cheese. Season with pepper, salt, nutmeg and paprika powder.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a coated frying pan and finish baking 2 pancakes at a time from the batter.

Bring to the table filled with the spinach and cream cheese mixture, garnish with radishes.
