For the Nutella wreath cake, first grease the pan well and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC hot air. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the yolks with the baking sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add Nutella and stir in. Slowly stir in the oil and milk.
Mix the spelt flour with the baking powder. Fold into the yolk mixture alternately the snow, the flour mixture and the mineral water.
Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Let cool completely, turn out of the mold and enjoy.
