Instructions:

For the puff pastry nut sticks, roll out the puff pastry.

For the nut filling, slowly boil the milk together with the sugar and vanilla sugar and then stir in the nuts. Season with a little cinnamon and leave to cool.

Spread the nut filling on half of the puff pastry (lengthwise) and fold the pastry.

Then cut the dough into 1.5 cm long strips. Twist the strips, place them on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.

Let the puff pastry sticks cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
