A cake recipe for all foodies:

Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a shortcrust pastry using the kneading blades of the hand mixer. Let the dough rest for about half an hour. Spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a cake springform pan (o 26 cm), press the rest of the dough into the pan as a rim. Spread the cherries evenly on top.

Mix sour cream with sugar, eggs and vanilla sauce powder, pour over the cherries form.
