Cook the long grain rice according to instructions. Clean broccoli, cut into roses and similarly cook in salted water for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, rinse and dry the fish fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then dust with flour. Heat fat in coated frying pan. Fry fish in it until golden brown.
