Instructions:

For the lasagna, mix 500 g of flour with the 2 eggs, salt and a little water and form into lasagna sheets in the Philips Pastamaker. Alternatively, you can of course use a normal pasta machine or the rolling pin and roll out the dough very thinly with it.

Fry the minced meat with the finely chopped onion in the lard until a brown crust forms on the minced meat. Deglaze with tomato sauce and simmer on low heat, covered. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a saucepan and once melted, add flour. Stir a few times and deglaze with milk. Stir with a kitchen whisk until there are no lumps and the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Layer one layer of meat sauce, bechamel sauce and pasta sheets at a time in an ovenproof dish, pour the rest of the sauce on the last layer of lasagna sheets and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.

Bake the lasagna for 20 minutes at 150 °C in preheated oven and then for 30 minutes at 200 °C.
