For the honey chili salmon, wash, peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Peel the whole garlic. Drizzle the bottom of the baking dish well with olive oil.

Spread the pressed garlic on the bottom so that everything is well covered. Put a layer of potatoes on top, salt and pepper them, then the next layer and so on.

Finally, pour a cup of whipped cream on top and bake for about 30-40 minutes at 200 °C in a preheated oven. In between, you can check with a fork how soft the potatoes are – possibly reduce to 180 °C in the middle of the baking time.

Heat olive oil and put the salmon in the pan and salt it, pour honey over the salmon, chili flakes over it and put the lid on it.

Reduce the heat a lot, baste often with the hot olive oil. The salmon should not turn white or it will be very dry.

When serving, be sure to pour the honey olive oil over the salmon, as the taste is fantastic!
