For the chicken breast burger, bake the sesame seed bun in the mini oven. Cut the chicken breasts flat with butterfly cut and season with salt and pepper.
Then drizzle the chicken breasts with chili oil and grill in a skillet. Grill the pancetta until crispy.
Put some creme fraiche on the sesame seed bun, the lettuce on top, the chicken breasts, the pancetta and then 1 slice of spicy cheese and again warm everything quickly in the bread oven until the cheese is melted.
Put the lid on top and serve.
