For the hash brown casserole, put the pasta in boiling salted water, follow the cooking time on the package, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan with a little oil. Chop the mushrooms and the zucchini and add them to the pan with the onions and sauté.

Add the cream and season with salt, pepper, oregano and marjoram. Then peel the garlic cloves and crush them in another pan. Add the minced meat and fry it. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and Italian herbs to taste.

Mix the pasta with the roasted vegetables and mince.

Pour the hash brown casserole into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 230°C (grill/circulating air).
