For the ham Schöberl, beat the eggs and separate them. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

Carefully stir in the whisked yolks and flour. Season mildly with salt and herbs.

Cut ham into small cubes and fold in carefully.

Grease and flour a suitable baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly, about 3 cm high and bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C hot air for about 8 minutes.

Allow to cool, turn out of the mold and cut into the desired Schöberl shape.

Serve the ham Schöberl in clear soup.
