For the grilled sea bass, wash the fish and pat dry, rub with the spices and olive oil and let it sit for a bit (1-2 hours, overnight if you like).
Then place the fish in an aluminum grill tray and grill in the oven grill for about 10 minutes (a little less depending on the color), then turn and grill again for about 10 minutes.
For the parsley potatoes, boil the potatoes until soft, peel and cut in half or quarters. Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped parsley and let it fry briefly. Add the potatoes to the butter, salt and shake the pan vigorously so that everything mixes nicely.
Serve the grilled sea bass with the parsley potatoes.
