For the gingerbread house, melt honey, sugar, margarine in a saucepan. Knead with the remaining ingredients. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm or press into shape.
Bake at 220 °C for about 5 – 7 minutes. If you don’t have a baking pan at hand, cut out 2 roofs, 2 side fronts, 1 front (with door) and 1 back front from the still warm gingerbread. Let cool.
Carefully pin the pieces together with toothpicks and decorate the gingerbread house as desired with icing and Smarties.
