Instructions:

For the garlic tomato soup, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Then grind finely with 1/2 tsp salt. Wash and quarter the tomatoes (remove the stalk).

Melt the butter in a pot and let the garlic and tomatoes sweat in it. Add the vegetable stock and cook for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
