Rinse and dry the parsley and chop finely. Clean the plaice ready for cooking, rinse and rub dry. Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of juice of a lemon and turn them in flour on the other side.
Preheat the stove to 160 °C (convection oven 140 °C , gas mark 2). Cut the bacon into thin strips, fry in a frying pan with the lard. Add the plaice and roast on both sides at medium temperature. Leave to stand in the heated stove for about 5 minutes. Add parsley, juice of one lemon and Worcester sauce to the frying fat of the fish pan and let it boil. Arrange the plaice, pour the sauce over it and bring to the table. (Who likes can over the plaice still fresh North Sea crabs form.) In addition fit very well boiled potatoes.
Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
