For the fake cordon bleu, carefully make a deep cut in the center of the slices of liver cheese to create a pocket. Line this with mustard, insert a sheet of prosciutto and a sheet of cheese, and press the pocket closed again.
Beat the egg in a deep dish. Now turn each of the liver cheese slices first in the flour and tap off excess flour. Then pull through the egg and finally roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the fake cordons bleus in it until golden brown on both sides.
Drain the false cordon bleu on paper towels and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
