A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!
Parsley stirred.
Preparation : 1.rinse cooled fish. Bring to a boil 1 l of water with salt in a wide saucepan with a thick bottom and a tight-fitting lid. Pour in the fish slices and make 1 minute. Close the saucepan, remove from the heat and leave for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the butter. With a zester, peel strips of lemon zest or, if desired, peel the lemon paper-thin and cut the zest into delicate strips. Mix lemon zest and a little juice of one lemon with the hot butter.
3.lift the fish out of the water, baste with the lemon butter and sprinkle with pepper to the table.
