Instructions:

For the cider cookies, first knead all the ingredients for the dough well. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in a cool place for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Roll out the dough to about 4 mm and cut out circles. Put a little jam in the center of the circles and fold the circles together. To make them hold better, you can press the edge with a fork.

Bake the cider cookies for about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
