For the chocolate nut cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix yolks, cane sugar and milk until creamy. Add oil, baking powder, nuts and chocolate and mix well.

Carefully fold in the snow. Pour the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate nut cake with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate icing.
