For the Chinese noodle skillet, cook the noodles according to package directions and then place on a baking sheet until fluffy. Cut turkey meat into strips. Clean vegetables and chop as desired.

Heat oil in a large wok pan, fry meat, then set aside. Sauté vegetables until hot, add meat back, season and mix with noodles.
