For the chicken legs with raisins, mix 1.5 L of salted water with lemon juice and vinegar and pour it over the chicken legs. Let stand for one hour with the lid closed.

Peel garlic and onions. Grate one onion, chop garlic into slices. Rinse parsley and chop finely.

Mix onion, parsley and garlic with the spices and a tablespoon of oil. Remove chicken legs from water and dry.

Rub with the spice mixture and let stand again for half an hour.

Boil 2 L of salted water with the remaining oil. Boil the chicken in it for 1/2 hour. Take it out and let it drain.

Cut remaining onions into eighths and boil with 1/4 L chicken cooking water. Cover and steam for 20 min. Add salt and raisins.

Preheat the oven to 200° C, put the drumsticks in a roasting pan, add cinnamon sticks and pour a dash of olive oil. Sprinkle with the juice of an orange and roast in the oven for 1/2 hour. Add onions and continue roasting for 15 min.

Decorate chicken legs with raisins with orange slices and serve hot.
